Everything you need to know before getting started. Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or simply unsure where to begin, we're here to make your return to movement feel supported, safe, and confidence-building from day one.
-
Not at all. MILF Method is designed to support women at every stage of their fitness journey, whether you're completely new to exercise or returning to movement after a break. Every session can be adapted to suit your individual needs and experience level.
-
Absolutely. Our classes and programmes are suitable for all abilities, with expert guidance provided throughout. The focus is on building strength, confidence, and consistency at a pace that feels right for you.
-
Just bring water, comfortable clothing you can move in, and yourself. We create a relaxed and welcoming environment, so there’s no pressure to have all the latest fitness gear. If you're bringing your baby, please bring a blanket or play mat for them to lie on during the session.
-
That’s completely normal. Many of our members felt exactly the same before their first class. MILF Method is built around support, community, and understanding, so you'll be welcomed into a space where everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace and feel comfortable from day one.
-
Absolutely. Babies up to pre-crawling are welcome to join you in class on a mat beside you, all you need to do is bring a blanket to place over a yoga mat. You are responsible for your baby during class and we understand that feeding, changing, settling, and cuddles are all part of motherhood, so classes are designed with flexibility in mind.
-
Many of our members join after a C-section, and classes are designed to support a safe and gradual return to movement. We recommend waiting until you have received medical clearance to exercise, typically around eight weeks postpartum. Every exercise can be adapted to your stage of recovery, allowing you to rebuild strength, confidence, and connection with your body at a pace that feels right for you. If you're unsure whether you're ready to start, please get in touch before booking and we'll be happy to help.
